These terms apply to your use of the Hoarder Cleanup Service website. Services we perform for you are covered by a separate written estimate or agreement.

Information on this site

We work to keep this website accurate and helpful, but its content is general information about our services. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or safety advice for your specific situation.

Estimates

Requesting an estimate is free and creates no obligation. Pricing, scope, and scheduling are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Not a mental-health service

We provide cleanup, sorting, and restoration services. We do not diagnose or treat hoarding disorder or any other condition. If you or someone you love is in emotional crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). In an emergency, call 911.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse this website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

We may link to outside resources we think are helpful. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
