Hoarder Cleanup Service

Effective October 2, 2026

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us, especially given the personal nature of the help people ask us for. This policy explains what Hoarder Cleanup Service collects through this website and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you request an estimate or contact us, you may share your first name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, whether the request is for a home or a business, photos if you choose to add them, and anything you choose to tell us about your situation. You decide how much to share.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, prepare an estimate, schedule and provide services you ask for, and keep records needed to run our business. If you ask us to be discreet, we will not leave detailed voicemails or messages.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your story with neighbors, landlords, or anyone else without your permission, unless the law requires it.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate this website and receive your requests (for example, website hosting, email delivery, and customer-management software). They may process your information only to provide those services to us.

Analytics and cookies

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the phone or estimate buttons are used. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

When you first arrive, we also save a small first-party cookie that records how you found us (the first page you visited, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link). It is kept for 90 days and is sent with your request only if you submit a form, so we can tell which pages and campaigns help people reach us. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out automated spam. Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser to do this.

Photos

We never publish photos of a home or its contents without written permission, and we never publish faces, names, addresses, or other identifying details.

Keeping information secure

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so if you prefer, you can always call us instead.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you’ve shared with us at any time by calling (850) 347-6111 or emailing help@hoardercleanupservice.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
